Online registration for the 2023 Music Festival

COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION
Select Your Class(es)
Select the class of interest from our Official Syllabus. All classes are listed by section. Please ensure you read the official rules and regulations along with the entry procedure before completing your registration.
Make Your Entry
You may register for all Group/Ensemble Classes OR Solo Classes (by student) under one registration. Combining a solo registration with a group/ensemble registration is not permitted due to the unique information collected for solo vs. group/ensembles. Therefore, if you are registering solo competitors as well as groups/ensembles, you must complete two separate registrations. If your preferred payment method is cheque, you may submit one cheque for a combination of registrations, simply follow the on screen/email instructions you receive.
YOU CANNOT ENABLE THE COOKIES AS EXPLAINED BELOW ON THE SCHOOL COMPUTERS DUE TO THE BLOCKS AND FIREWALLS THAT THE SCHOOL BOARDS HAVE IMPLEMENTED. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR SELECTIONS ON YOUR HOME COMPUTER/LAPTOP MAKING SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE COOKIES ENABLED AS EXPLAINED BELOW.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS SITE EMPLOYS THE USE OF COOKIES IN ORDER TO HOLD AND STORE YOUR CLASS SELECTIONS AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION. COOKIES ARE SMALL TEXT FILES THAT DO NOT CONTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION AND POSE NO SECURITY THREAT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE COOKIES ENABLED ON YOUR COMPUTER. YOU CAN CHECK THIS USING THE FOLLOW:

1/ Select OPTIONS from the dropdown menu under TOOLS.
2/ Select PRIVACY from the menu tabs
3/ Ensure "Accept cookies from sites" or add an exception.
INTERNET EXPLORER
1/ Select INTERNET OPTIONS from the dropdown menu under TOOLS.
2/ Select PRIVACY, and then click ADVANCED.
3/ Ensure the "Override automatic cookie handling is checked or add an exception.
Submit Your Registration Fee(s)
We offer two payment methods: Credit Card or Cheque. All credit card payments are processed securely using Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please ensure you follow the submission instructions provided on screen and in the email confirmation you will receive.
ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE
All registrations will be accepted up to February 28, 2023. Sometime after this date and well in advance of the festival, you will receive an email confirming the location, date and time for your registered class(es).
MAKING CHANGES
We understand that changes may occur from time to time. By logging on to myRegistration with your email address and selected password, you have full access to make changes to your registration contact information, competitors and selected music piece (up to the published deadline).
Combining solo and group/ensemble classes is not permitted. Please register separately for solo classes by competitor.
