This scholarship and award is presented annually to the winner of the senior voice category. The Lieutenant-Governor's Trophy is dedicated annually after the Lieutenant Governor of District 10 Kiwanis Clubs throughout the Region. Competitors for this scholarship are selected by the adjudicators and they compete in a playoff format for the honour of being the recipient of this prestigious award.
THE CY & RITA POWELL INTERMEDIATE VOICE SCHOLARSHIP & FESTIVAL AWARD - EST'D 1991

This scholarship and award is awarded as a result of a run-off competition in the intermediate vocal classes. Adjudicators at their discretion select male or female voices from the intermediate level (17 - 21 years) to compete in a playoff featuring previously adjudicated selections from the festival class competition.
THE CY & RITA POWELL JUNIOR VOICE SCHOLARSHIP & FESTIVAL AWARD - EST'D 1971

A scholarship and award are awarded annually to the winner of the junior vocal category. Competitors are selected by the adjudicators from regular class competitions to compete in an evening playoff session, with the adjudicator(s) selecting the recipient of the award and scholarship.
